You wrote three OKRs at the start of the quarter. Your team is doing nine things this week. VoxyOS tells you which of the nine are moving the three.
Strategy is easy to write down. Execution is what drifts. Two minutes of voice per teammate per day, mapped to your goals, is enough signal to keep the team focused without anyone sitting in a status call.
Why VoxyOS
We built VoxyOS after living the execution gap firsthand. A team can be shipping hard and the founder can still not see where the work is going. Status calls fix that for one day. Async update tools fix it for one sprint. Neither fixes it for one quarter. We built the tool we wished existed: one that is so low-friction the teammate actually uses it, and so deep the founder finally sees the work that has been there all along.
Who we built it for
VoxyOS is built for the teammate first. The founder is the buyer, but the teammate is the data source. If the teammate feels surveilled, the data goes to zero and the product fails. So we built it so the teammate always wins on tone, on flow, on privacy. The founder gets visibility by giving the teammate a great experience, not despite it. This ordering is not a compromise. It is a strategic constraint.
What we won't build, ever
No screen recording. No keystroke tracking. No activity heatmaps. No public leaderboards. No founder access to raw audio. No cross-tenant model training. No selling metadata. These are not deferred features. They are permanent omissions that define what VoxyOS is not. They are why teammates trust us with their voice.

I spent the first part of my career in finance, a master's degree then investment banking, before leaving for the fast-paced AI world. Inside small startups, I learned focus is the hard part. There are too many rabbits to chase, and the work that actually moves the company forward gets buried. There is a story about Warren Buffett and Bill Gates being asked at a dinner what single factor made them successful. They each wrote one word and turned the paper around: focus. VoxyOS exists for the same reason, scaled to a team, surfacing the work that is actually moving the OKRs, so founders and teammates spend their energy where it counts.
