So we built it so the teammate always wins on tone, on flow, on privacy. The founder gets visibility by giving the teammate a great experience, not despite it. This ordering is not a compromise. It is a strategic constraint.
What we won't build, ever
No screen recording. No keystroke tracking. No activity heatmaps. No public leaderboards. No founder access to raw audio. No cross-tenant model training. No selling metadata. These are not deferred features. They are permanent omissions that define what VoxyOS is not. They are why teammates trust us with their voice.
