Privacy policy

Account data (name, email, role, workspace). Slack metadata (workspace ID, your Slack user ID, the team name). Daily voice logs (transcribed text only, audio is deleted). Structured output the AI extracts (work items, OKR mappings, blockers, sentiment). Usage analytics via PostHog (pageviews plus outbound link clicks; no PII, no session replay).

To run the product features described on the home page. To send you the Hype-Sheet on Fridays. To support your account. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data across customer workspaces.

Supabase (database and auth, EU region). OpenAI Whisper (audio transcription only; no retention). Google via OpenRouter (LLM processing of transcripts; no retention by the provider). Resend (transactional email). PostHog (analytics, EU cloud). Vercel (hosting).

VoxyOS uses a single first-party cookie set by PostHog to maintain pageview continuity for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not run session replay or autocapture. You can block the cookie via your browser settings; the product continues to work.

Some of our sub-processors are based in the United States (Google, OpenAI, Vercel). When your data is transferred to a US-based sub-processor, the transfer is governed by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the safeguard mechanism. We document the transfer impact assessment internally.

We process data on three lawful bases. Performance of contract for paid features and account management. Legitimate interest for product operation and security monitoring. Consent for analytics where required by local law. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@voxyos.com.

Audio: deleted the moment transcription succeeds (no founder access path, ever). Transcripts and structured data: kept for the life of your workspace. Backups: kept for 30 days then purged. Logs in our infrastructure: 14 days. After account deletion, primary stores are purged within 30 days and backups within 90 days.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing at any time by emailing hello@voxyos.com. We respond within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information. California residents have rights to access and delete the personal information we hold about them. Submit a request via hello@voxyos.com.

In the event of a personal-data breach that creates a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, we notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, in line with applicable law, and notify affected users when required.

The service is not directed at users under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a user under 16 without parental consent, we delete it.
